Avui hem estat escalofrats al forn de la Vall de Bolós.  Després de la parrilla, els bistecs hem anat a arrebossar-  nos a la gorga del riu. Un dels bistecs no ha tingut tantes    vitamines per aguantar la parrillada i ha hagut de tornar al  congelador!! Ens ho estem passant tope al Mas Tubert!!!!!!!!!!!!
